I make a lot of my own spices with dehydrator / grinder / manual. But I was in Penzeys a couple of days ago and picked up a few things:
Pariesien Bonnes Herbes : A+ for awesome.
Aleppo Pepper (Turkey) : I use a lot of peppers and this one has a real nice quality and pretty distinctive.

Anyone use Budda's Hand? I didn't see this at Penzeys but it has an awesome citrus aroma. Lemony but there is almost like a Tuti Fruti quality in the background. Great for holiday baking.
