of the recipe from the "big bertha" cake I made years ago. It never occurred to me until last week that while they call it "flourless", that also means it's GF, so it worked as a birthday cake for my friend.
To your other question, I smeared jam on the top layer as well and then coated with ganache.
Jesus saves. Buddha recycles.
