from The Herbfarm Cookbook. I planted a bunch of lemon verbena just to try out some ice creams and sorbets. My question is about including a T or two of something alcoholic to help keep the ice cream soft. In the attached recipe should I add the alcohol or use it instead of the lemon juice. I have some limoncello that I thought I would use. Please let me know what you think: instead of or in addition to the lemon juice???
