RCP: One Pot Chicken with Ranch Dressing

This is an easy, tasty recipe for those cold nights. We loved it. I wanted to add a veggie, so I diced up a fennel bulb and along with diced pancetta, sauteed in the resulting grease from the pancetta. I buy the type already diced up in small chunks. I like them for this type of application. The fennel was great in this dish. Leftover roasted chicken was used for this dish, and Cotswold Double Gloucester with Onion and Chives, which is from Trader Joe's.

I used my favorite small pasta, Conchiglie because the way it is folded it collects chunky stuff in the middle and holds it there.
