Yes. Costco brought in Edamame Pasta for a while here

I liked it. The most interesting thing is that it held together really well and did not dissolve or fall apart when cooked.
Because it is Edamame it tastes like Edamame so trying to use it to replace regular pasta does not give the same result. I found it to be a completely different "animal" and when treated that way it was pretty good. Unfortunately Costco stopped bringing it to Kauai so I haven't seen it for about 6 months. If they brought it back I would buy it again. The brand they brought in was made in China and the ingredients were ONLY Edamame and water.
