2 of the 6 sandwiches with turkey instead of ham and baked in a 350 degree oven vs 325 after comparing other similar recipes all using 350. Was glad I went with 350 as the cheese was only barely melted. Also I only 'marinated' 15 minutes as it was a last minute decision to make them for lunch. DH and I both liked the sammies, though they were a little bit on the sweet side for me. I would make again but next time I might try using regular Dijon or another prepared mustard instead of ground mustard and perhaps another treatment not using brown sugar just to compare other treatments.
