as a lot of things disagreed with him, so no onions, I would swap the prosciutto occasionally with pancetta, depending on what I had in the fridge. I'm sure some Penzey's mural of flavor and some garlic powder were sneaked in. :)
He didn't like getting pieces of fresh garlic.... |
