on the hot potatoes, cooking the eggs in vinegar and salt,(they peeled beautifully), and the pretty garnish for the top. It is very good, and I know it will even be better tonight when we sit down to a roasted chicken dinner. I have not made this type of potato salad in years, and rarely use mayo in it anymore so this will be a treat.
