a man who worked at a restaurant called The Red Onion.

Red Onion Salsa

1 large (28 oz) can of whole tomatoes, drained with juice reserved
6 garlic cloves, peeled
4-6 jalepeno peppers, tops removed
1 medium white onion, chopped
4-6 green onions, chopped
2 large fresh tomatoes, chopped
handful of cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp cumin
juice of one lime
salt and white pepper to taste

In a blender, liquify jalepenos and garlic cloves with reserved tomato juice.

Add canned tomatoes, blend only until chunky.
