...so you could leave it out if you wanted to.
The only tweak I do is to add two fire-roasted, peeled, stemmed and seeded poblano chiles. I think it adds a bit of depth, but, again, as written, this recipe is really good.
I think Meryl first posted a link to it in 2010.
