This used to be another of my mom's signature party foods (she put it in a fish shaped mold) and served with crackers.

Mom’s Tuna Mousse


1.5 pkgs. Gelatin
1 can tomato soup
2 cans tuna in oil
1 8oz. package cream cheese
¾ cup mayo
tobasco (three shakes)
1T. grated onion (no more than that)
celery salt, three or four shakes

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup cold water.

Add soup, undiluted, and heat to simmer. Remove.

Add tuna, undrained.

Pour into blender and add remaining ingredients.

Pour into greased mold “au frigo” until set.
