I'm sorry. But don't give up. What we love about rhubarb is the tartness with just enough sweet to balance it out. Try these Dutch Babies with the poached rhubarb. It is delicious and easy. By the way, I don't use a vanilla bean cause I can't afford it. I just add extract.
