What I do have is:

Pecans
Walnuts
Almonds
Pistachio
Hazelnut (both raw and toasted)

What good is a stuffed-full freezer if you can't find pine nuts in it!

So...recommendations?

Also, should I cut out the veins of the very big leaves? I do that with mint because it never breaks down.

Can you tell I'm a pesto newbie?
