I loooove the ginger syrup. I made doubled the syrup recipe, with 1/2 cup each of water and sugar, but now I realize I should made a much bigger batch!

I used vanilla sugar (just cause it sounded like a good idea), but didn't have the mint. I'll go out and get some later today.
