No Burnt Edges Pie Crust
It's just a given that bakers will cut strips of foil to twist and wrap around the pie edges. Instead just cut a square of aluminum foil slightly larger than the pie plate, then cut a large circle out of the center and just lay the foil over the pie. It works beautifully, and saves lots of time!
