Google has a nifty calculator function that can do conversions for you. For example, if you type:

teaspoons in 1/4 cup

in Google it will tell you that there are 12 teaspoons in 1/4 cup. It will also work for converting imperial to metric and vice versa:

ml in 16 ounces

tells you that there are 473.176475 ml in 16 ounces.

grams in 16 ounces

will get you 453.59237 grams, and Google will automatically know if you're talking about fluid ounces or weight ounces, depending on what you're asking it to convert to.
