Easter dinner 2003 for 12 - in my studio no less - a large warming tray helped as I had to cook in stages.

Appetizers:
* snap peas & asparagus - served cold w/dip
* Sozzled Celery
* little Chinese crackers


Dinner:
* Ham with horseradish marmalade glaze
* Mary and Vincent Price's Gratineed Potatoes Savyonard
* Pralined Yams (from Spice Islands)
* variety of mustards
* Curried Fruit
* green salad with feta, pecans and mandarin oranges
* little yeast rolls
* garlic carrots
* Roasted Beet Salad with Orange Honey Vinagrette

Dessert:
* Little meringues w/lemon curd
* Raspberry Charlotte
